چکیدۀ مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: سیلت از مهمترین اجزای بافت بوده که بطور مستقیم در فرآیند فرسایش خاک دخیل است و در بسیار از پروژه ­های مدیریت فرسایش و حفاظت خاک، باید مد­نظر قرار گیرد. مطالعۀ این جزء خاک، با استفاده از روش­ های سنتی و مرسوم آزمایشگاهی، در مقیاس وسیع، مستلزم صرف وقت، هزینه و انرژی بالایی می­ باشد. امرزوه، با استفاده از روش­ های نوین همچون فن­آوری طیف ­سنجی، می­ توان با سرعت بیشتر و صرف هزینه و وقت کمتر، به بررسی اجزای خاک پرداخت. پژوهش حاضر قصد دارد به مطالعۀ رفتارهای طیفی اجزای سیلت خاک در استان مازندران با استفاده از فن­آوری طیف­سنجی بازتابی، بپردازد.
مواد و روش ­ها: بدین ترتیب، مجموع 128 نمونۀ خاک از عمق 20 سانتی­متری سطح خاک، بر اساس روش نمونه ­برداری طبقه­ بندی شدۀ تصادفی (SRS) و نیز با کمک اطلاعات جانبی همچون: زمین ­شناسی، کاربری ­اراضی، نقشۀ راه­ ها، و خاک­شناسی استان، جمع ­آوری شد. در ابتدا، مجموع نمونه­ ها به دو قسمت: برای ایجاد مدل (واسنجی) و برای صحت­ سنجی مستقل (اعتبارسنجی)، تقسیم شدند. با بهره­ گیری از تحلیل چندمتغیرۀ رگرسیون حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLSR) و بر اساس تکنیک اعتبارسنجی متقاطع (CV)، و عملیات پیش­ پردازش ابرطیفی همچون: میانگین­ گیری (کاهش- داده­ های- طیفی)، الگوریتم ­های هموارسازی و مشتق اول طیفی (1st D) بر اساس الگوریتم ساویتسکی-گولای (SGA)؛ علائم طیفی و دامنه­ های بازتابی مختص اجزای سیلت، مشخص گردید.
یافته ­ها: بررسی علائم و رفتارهای طیفی ذرات سیلت، بر اساس عملیات مدل­سازی بر مبنای الگوریتم PLS به انجام رسید. مدل نهایی با تعداد 4 فاکتور پنهان (LFs) با این مشخصات کالیبره شد، RC: 0/55، RMSEC: 8/31 %، RPDC تقریبی 1/20، و نیز RPIQC تقریبی 1/71، که به ­عنوان مطلوب­ترین مدل جهت برآورد مقادیر سیلت خاک­ های استان مازندران، شناخته شد. نتایج، نشان دهندۀ توانایی مدل در تخمین مقادیر سیلت منطقه بوده است که در ادامه، دامنه­ های طیفی مؤثر در بررسی اجزای سیلت، نیز آشکارسازی شده و مشخص گردید. ضرایب همبستگی مقادیر سیلت با دامنه­ های طیفی مؤثر نیز بدین ترتیب محاسبه شدند: UV 390 نانومتر: 0/27، Vis 680 نانومتر: 0/31، NIR 970 الی 990 نانومتر: 0/32، SWIR: باندهای 1400 الی 1410 نانومتر: 0/34، 1910 الی 1930 نانومتر: 0/38، 2200 الی 2210 نانومتر: 0/39، 2340 الی 2350 نانومتر: 0/41 و نیز در آخر، برای باندهای 2430 الی 2460 نانومتر: 0/43 محاسبه گردید. باندهای طیفی تعیین شده با بیشترین مقادیر همبستگی (R(CCmax))، حاکی از نفوذ و تأثیر بالای آن­ها به­ عنوان متغیرهای مستقل تخمین­ گر، در فرآیند مدلینگ پارامتر سیلت در استان مازندران، بوده ­اند. در نهایت، قابلیت فن­آوری مجاورت­ سنجی بازتابی پراکنشی مرئی-مادون قرمز نزدیک (VNIR-PS)، در بررسی اجزای سیلت در منطقه به اثبات رسید.
نتیجه ­گیری: در این شیوه، علاوه بر فرآیند مدل­سازی، دامنه­ ها و باندهای طیفی بارز تحت اثر سیلت مشخص گردید که می ­تواند به ­عنوان مبنایی جهت بررسی مقادیر سیلت در مقیاس بسیار وسیع، با عملیات بیش­ مقیاس ­سازی توسط داده­ های ابرطیفی هوایی- ماهواره ­ای، مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. همچنین، این امر نشان دهندۀ اهمیت فن­آوری طیف ­سنجی بازتابش خاک، به­ عنوان پایه ­ای در آشکارسازی و تشخیص طول­ موج­ های طیفی مفید و نیز ایجاد مدل، جهت استفادۀ آن در داده ­های دورسنجی ماهواره ­ای می ­باشد. همچنین، توصیه می­ شود برای بهبود کیفیت مدل، از داده ­هایی با ضریب تغییرات بالاتر و نیز رنج بیشتر استفاده گردد تا الگوریتم pls بتواند به ­طور بهتری عمل کند.
