چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: برآورد صحیح ﺑﺎر رﺳﻮب ﻣﻌﻠﻖ رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ‌ﻫﺎ، ﻧﻘش‌ مهمی در ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪیﺮیﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ آب، آبخیزداری و علوم وابسته دارد. با توجه به داﻣﻨﻪ وﺳﯿﻊ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات رﺳﻮب معلق در فصول مختلف سال و همچنین ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ به­شدت ﻏﯿﺮﺧﻄﯽ و پیچیده آن، لازم است از روش‌هایی  مناسب که می‌توانند چنین پدیده‌هائی را شبیه‌سازی و برآورد نمایند، استفاده شود.
مواد و روش­ ها: از تبدیل لگاریتمی داده‌ها و الگوریتم بهینه‌سازی ازدحام ذرات چند هدفه (MOPSO)، در آموزش بهینه مدل‌های شبکه عصبی استفاده شد. بدین­ منظور در ابتدا، با کمک شبکه عصبی بدون ناظر (SOM)، داده­های دبی جریان و دبی رسوب معلق ایستگاه هیدرومتری مورد مطالعه (دوره آماری 1395-1364) خوشه­ بندی و سپس با نمونه ­گیری از خوشه­ ها، مجموعه داده­ های مورد نیاز برای آموزش و آزمون مدل­ های شبکه عصبی تهیه گردید. پس از آن، به­ منظور ارزیابی تاثیر به­ کارگیری تبدیلات لگاریتمی و الگوریتم بهینه­سازی MOPSO، سه سناریو تعریف شد. در سناریوی اول، داده­های اولیه (بدون تبدیل لگاریتمی) و الگوریتم گرادیان مبنا رایج در آموزش مدل­های شبکه عصبی (پس انتشار خطا)، در سناریوی دوم، الگوریتم پس انتشار خطا و تبدیلات لگاریتمی و در سناریوی سوم، از تبدیلات لگاریتمی و الگوریتم MOPSO، در آموزش مدل­ های شبکه عصبی استفاده گردید.
یافته­ ها: ارزیابی و مقایسه نتایج صحت سنجی مدل­ها نشان داد که به­ کارگیری تبدیلات لگاریتمی و الگوریتم MOPSO،  با کاهش خطای RMSE و درصد اریبی (PBIAS) از 49 تن در روز و 21- درصد، در بهترین مدل از سناریو اول،  به 30/3 تن در روز و 6/3- درصد، در بهترین مدل ازسناریو سوم،  کارائی مدل­ها  را افزایش داده است. از دیگر نتایج پژوهش، عدم برآورد ارقام منفی برای رسوب معلق بوده که یکی از خطاهای رایج در استفاده از مدل های شبکه عصبی در برآورد رسوب معلق است.
نتیجه ­گیری: استفاده از توابع هدف چندگانه، امکان حساس نمودن مدل‌ها به برآورد دقیق‌تر رسوب معلق در جریان‌های کم یا زیاد را فراهم نموده سبب می‌شوند، شاخص‌های صحت‌سنجی و اریبی مدل‌های داده مبنا بهبود یابند.
