fa پهنه‌بندی و پایش خشکسالی هواشناسی در مناطق خشک بیابانی با استفاده از شاخص‌های SPI، SIAP و PN (مطالعه موردی: دشت زاهدان) Zoning and Monitoring of Meteorological Drought in Arid Desert Areas using SPI, SIAP and PN indices (Case Study: Zahedan Plain) بلايای طبيعی (سيل، خشکسالی و حرکت های توده ای) بلايای طبيعی (سيل، خشکسالی و حرکت های توده ای) پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده مبسوط مقدمه و هدف: پدیده خشک‌سالی یکی از مخرب‌ترین رویدادهای آب و هوایی است که سالانه موجب وارد آمدن خسارات زیادی به جوامع انسانی می‌گردد. بنابراین شاخص‌های خشک‌سالی می‌توانند بیان‌کننده حدود طبیعی خشکسالی‌ها باشند. بدین صورت که امکان ارزیابی در مقیاس‌های مختلف زمانی و مکانی را برای ما ممکن می‌سازند. در همین راستا، در پژوهش حاضر به پهنه‌بندی و پایش خشکسالی هواشناسی در مناطق خشک بیابانی با استفاده از شاخص‌های (SPI، SIAP و PN )  در دشت زاهدان پرداخته شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش، مجموعه داده‌های بارش روزانه ایستگاه‌های دایر در محدوده مورد مطالعه جمع‌آوری شد. با توجه به تراکم پایین ایستگاه‌ها و محدودیت شدید دسترسی به داده در مناطق خشک، تعداد پنج ایستگاه (تصفیه‌خانه، فبی، قطارخنجک، پوده‌چاه و هواشناسی زاهدان) طی دوره آماری مشترک 30 ساله (1987-2016) مناسب ارزیابی گردیدند. ایستگاه های منتخب طی دوره آماری منتخب، دارای سری های زمانی کامل و فاقد نواقص آماری بودند. پس از اطمینان از کیفیت داده‌ها با بکارگیری آزمون‌های همگنی، تصادفی و داده پرت، اقدام به استخراج شاخص‌های SPI، SIAP و PN مقیاس زمانی سالانه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار DIP شد و همچنین به منظور پهنه‌بندی شاخص‌های ارزیابی شده از روش درون یابی عکس فاصله در محیط Arc GIS استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: با محاسبه ضریب تغییرات سال به سال طول دوره آماربرداری (1987-2016)، کمترین مقدار ضریب تغییرات 88/7 و بیشترین مقدار 208/8 مشخص شد که دشت زاهدان دارای بارندگی نامنظم و با تغییرپذیری بالا همراه است که این امر نشان‌دهنده احتمال وقوع خشک‌سالی در منطقه می‌باشد. در ادامه، با بررسی سه نمایه SPI، SIAP و PN مشخص شد که شرایط دشت زاهدان براساس شاخص‌های SPI 24 سال نرمال، SIAP 25 سال نرمال و PN 25 سال خشک‌سالی ضعیف بوده است. همچنین براساس هر سه نمایه شدیدترین خشکسالی‌ هواشناسی بوقوع پیوسته در دشت زاهدان طی مربوط به سال‌ 2003 بوده است که مقادیر هر یک از این شاخص ها برای سال 2003 به ترتیب 1/49-، 1/16- و 25/32 می باشد و براساس نمایه SPI طی 24 سال از طول دوره آماری شرایط نرمال، نمایه SIAP 25 سال شرایط نرمال و طبق نمایه PN دشت زاهدان با 6 سال ترسالی، 12 سال نرمال و 5 سال از خشک‌سالی ضعیف برخوردار بوده است. حد آستانه خشکسالی برای سه شاخص  SPI 1-، SIAP 0/25- و PN 80 میباشد. علاوه‌براین، پایش تغییرات مکانی سه نمایه SPI، SIAP و PN نشان داد که طی دوره آماری مورد مطالعه، نیمه‌شمالی دشت زاهدان بیشتر تحت تأثیر خشک‌سالی قرار گرفته است. براساس نقشه های پهنه بندی خشکسالی هواشناسی دشت زاهدان مشخص شد که بر پایه نمایه SPI در سال‌های 2004-1999 محدوده شمال شرقی، نمایه SIAP طی سال‌های 1989-1987 و 1998-2006 بخش‌های شمال و شمال شرقی و براساس نمایه PN طی سال‌های 2005-2003 قسمت‌های جنوب و غرب دشت زاهدان پتانسیل بیشتری از نظر تداوم، فراوانی و شدت وقوع خشکسالی هواشناسی را دارا بوده است. نتیجه‌گیری کلی: با توجه به اینکه نقشه های پهنه بندی مکانی خشکسالی حکایت از گسترش مکانی و شدت بیشتر پهنه های بحرانی در طی دوره آماری 30 ساله مورد مطالعه در پژوهش حاضر دارد، شناخت این مناطق آسیبپذیر و در معرض خطر و نیز میزان و گستردگی این پدیده، برای اعمال مدیریت و نیز برنامه ریزی های عمرانی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست محیطی و کشاورزی از سوی دولت مردان و سیاست گذاران امر از ضروریات است .</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Drought is one of the most destructive weather events that cause great damage to human societies every year. Therefore, drought indices can indicate the natural limits of droughts. In this way, they make it possible for us to evaluate at different time and place scales. In this regard, in the present study, zoning and monitoring of meteorological drought in arid desert areas using indices (SPI, SIAP and PN) in Zahedan plain were studied. Materials and Methods: In this study, daily rainfall data sets of operating stations in the study area were collected. Due to the low density of stations and severe limitations of data access in arid areas, five stations (refinery, FBI, Khinjak train, Pudeh Chah and meteorological department of Zahedan) were evaluated as suitable during a 30-year joint statistical period (1987-2016). The selected stations had complete time series and no statistical deficiencies during the selected statistical period. After ensuring the quality of the data by using homogeneity, random and discrete tests, the annual SPI, SIAP and PN indices of the annual time scale were extracted using DIP software and also in order to zoning the evaluated indices by distance photo interpolation method in the environment. Arc GIS was used. Results: By calculating the coefficient of variation from year to year during the census period (1987-2016), the minimum coefficient of variation was 88.7 and the maximum value was 208.8, it was found that Zahedan plain has irregular rainfall and high variability, which indicates the Occurrence of drought in the region. Then, by examining the three indices of SPI, SIAP and PN, it was found that the conditions of Zahedan plain based on SPI indices were 24 normal years, SIAP 25 normal years and PN 25 years of drought were weak. Also, according to all three indices, the most severe meteorological drought that occurred in Zahedan plain during 2003 was related to 2003. The values of each of these indicators for 2003 are -1.49, -1.16 and 25.32, respectively. According to SPI index, during 24 years of normal statistical period, SIAP index has 25 years of normal conditions and according to PN index of Zahedan plain with 6 wet years, 12 normal years and 5 years of weak drought. The annual drought threshold for the three indices is SPI 1-, SIAP -0.25 and PN 80. In addition, monitoring of spatial variations of three indices, SPI, SIAP and PN, showed that during the statistical period, the northern half of Zahedan plain was more affected by drought.
