fa سخن سردبیر The Editor's note عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">منابع طبیعی به &lrm;عنوان ثروت هر جامعه و امانتی برای آیندگان است. بشر در مواجهه با منابع طبیعی پیرامون خود، به‌جای جامع‌نگری، برنامه‌ریزی و بهره‌برداری پایدار، به بهره &lrm;کشی و تضعیف آن پرداخته و از این طریق زمینه &lrm;ساز نابودی آن شده است. در حالی&lrm; که منابع طبیعی بستر حیات کلیه موجودات زنده بوده و آبادانی و سرسبزی آن نشانه پیشرفت جوامع و زمینه &lrm;ساز توسعه پایدار می &lrm;باشد . حفظ و تولید خاک، تولید علوفه، تولید فرآورده &lrm;های صنعتی و دارویی، تغذیه آب های زیرزمینی، تولید اکسیژن، تلطیف هوا، جلوگیری از سیل، ارزش &lrm;های تفرجگاهی، حفظ تنوع گونه &lrm;های جانوری و حیات وحش و ... از مهم&lrm;ترین اثرات و خدمات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم اکوسیستم &lrm;های طبیعی می &lrm;باشند که انسان و سایر موجودات از آنها بهره &lrm;مند می&lrm;شوند. بنابراین برای بقای زندگی و تامین نیازمندی &lrm;های حال و آینده بشر راهی جز حفظ و توسعه منابع طبیعی (جنگل، مرتع، آب و خاک) باقی نمی &lrm;ماند. در این میان آبخیزها به &lrm;عنوان پذیرفته شده‌ترین واحد مدیریت منابع طبیعی در سطح دنیا، مهمترین بستر برنامه &lrm;ریزی &lrm;های مرتبط با استفاده بهینه از منابع آب، خاک و گیاه محسوب می‌گردند. آبخیز گرچه یک واحد هیدرولوژیکی محسوب می &lrm;شود، لکن یک واحد فیزیکی - بیولوژیکی و واحدی اجتماعی، اقتصادی نیز به &lrm;شمار می‌آید. مدیریت آبخیز به &lrm;دلیل پیچیدگی ایستای مرتبط با ساختار (تعدد عناصر و ورودی &lrm;ها)، پیچیدگی پویای مرتبط با رفتار (پویایی، بازخوردی، غیرخطی، آشفتگی و تطبیق) و پیچیدگی تحلیلی مرتبط با ارزیابی (ابعاد، مفاهیم و ارزش ها) پیچیده می&lrm; &rlm;باشد. نیل به مدیریت بهینه و جامع در این سیستم پیچیده مستلزم نگاه دقیق به تمامی اجزای سیستم و ارتباطات آنها است. از این &lrm;رو تولید دانش و اطلاعات علمی در زمینه &lrm;های مطرح در علم آبخیزداری ضرورت پیدا می &lrm;کند که یکی از نقاط عملی شدن این موضوع مجلات علمی مرتبط با آبخیز می&lrm;‌باشد. بر این اساس و با هدف کمک به توسعه و اعتلای دانش در زمینه مدیریت حوزه آبخیز و نشر نتایج تحقیقات و پژوهش‌های انجام شده در این زمینه، نشریه علمی- پژوهشی "پژوهشنامه مدیریت حوزه آبخیز" در سال 1389 شکل گرفت. جهت نیل به اهداف فوق این نشریه با چاپ 532 مقاله تاکنون، نقش پررنگی در فراهم نمودن زمینه مناسب تبادل علمی بین مراکز دانشگاهی و تحقیقاتی کشور در زمینه &lrm;های مرتبط با مدیریت حوزه آبخیز داشته است. با توجه به اهمیت تبادل دانش در سطح بین‌المللی و با تلاش&lrm; های مجدانه معاونت محترم پژوهش و فناوری دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری، این مجله در سال 1404 جهت نمایه&lrm;سازی در پایگاه اطلاعاتی Scopus وابسته به شرکت انتشاراتی Elsevier پذیرفته شد. خوشبختانه مقالات منتشر شده در پنج سال گذشتۀ این نشریه نیز در پایگاه اطلاعاتیScopus  نمایه و درج خواهند شد. در شماره جاری از دو فصلنامه پژوهشنامه مدیریت حوزه آبخیز، از بین مقالات ارسالی با رعایت اصول و استانداردهای حرفه &lrm;ای تعداد 13 مقاله انتخاب و چاپ می&lrm; شود. در اینجا لازم است از نویسندگان، داوران و اعضای هیات تحریریه که بدون چشم داشت با این مجله همکاری دارند سپاسگزاری نمایم. در انتها ضمن تشکر از زحمات کارشناسان دفتر مجلات دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری، از کلیه اساتید، پژوهشگران، کارشناسان خبره، دانشجویان و سایر همکاران مراکز علمی-تحقیقاتی دعوت می &lrm;شود مقالات تخصصی خود در زمینه &lrm;های مرتبط را به &lrm;ویژه به زبان انگلیسی به دفتر مجله ارسال نموده و ما را در نشر مطالب علمی و به &lrm;روز یاری رسانند.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Natural resources are the wealth of every society and a trust for future generations. In dealing with the natural resources around us, instead of taking a holistic approach, planning, and sustainable exploitation, humanity has exploited and degraded them, thereby paving the way for their destruction. While natural resources are the lifeblood of all living beings, their prosperity and greenery are a sign of the progress of societies and a basis for sustainable development. Soil conservation and production, fodder production, production of industrial and pharmaceutical products, groundwater recharge, oxygen production, air conditioning, flood prevention, recreational values, preservation of diversity of animal species and wildlife, etc. are among the most important direct and indirect effects and services of natural ecosystems that humans and other creatures benefit from. Therefore, for the survival of life and the provision of present and future human needs, there is no other way but to preserve and develop natural resources (forests, pastures, water, and soil). Meanwhile, watersheds, as the most accepted natural resource management unit in the world, are considered the most important planning platform related to the optimal use of water, soil, and plant resources. Although a watershed is considered a hydrological unit, it is also a physical-biological unit and a social-economic unit. Watershed management is complex due to the static complexity associated with structure (multiple elements and inputs), the dynamic complexity associated with behavior (dynamics, feedback, nonlinearity, turbulence, and adaptation), and the analytical complexity associated with evaluation (dimensions, concepts, and values). Achieving optimal and comprehensive management in this complex system requires a close look at all components of the system and their relationships. Therefore, the production of scientific knowledge and information in the relevant fields of watershed science is necessary, and one of the points of implementation of this issue is scientific journals related to watersheds. Accordingly, and with the aim of helping to develop and advance knowledge in the field of watershed management and publishing the results of research and studies conducted in this field, the "Journal of Watershed Management Research" was formed in 2009. In order to achieve the above goals, this journal has played a prominent role in providing a suitable environment for scientific exchange between academic and research centers of the country in fields related to watershed management, having published 532 articles so far. Given the importance of knowledge exchange at the international level and with the diligent efforts of the esteemed Vice Chancellor for Research and Technology of the Sari Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources University, this journal was accepted for indexing in the Scopus database affiliated with Elsevier Publishing Company in 2025. Fortunately, the articles published in the past five years of this journal will also be indexed and included in the Scopus database. In the current issue of the bi-quarterly Journal of Watershed Management Research, 13 articles will be published from among the submitted articles, observing professional principles and standards. Here, I would like to express my gratitude to the authors, reviewers, and editorial board members who have collaborated with this journal without any expectations.
