fa بررسی پتانسیل سیل‌خیزی حوزه آبخیز کشف‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌رود مشهد بر اساس روش SCS درمحیط GIS Investigation Flooding Potential in The Kashafrud watershed, Mashhad The Method SCS and GIS بلايای طبيعی (سيل، خشکسالی و حرکت های توده ای) بلايای طبيعی (سيل، خشکسالی و حرکت های توده ای) پژوهشي Research حوزه <a href="http://www.citypedia.ir/%d9%85%d8%b9%d8%b1%d9%81%db%8c-%da%a9%d9%84%db%8c-%d8%a7%d8%b3%d8%aa%d8%a7%d9%86-%d8%ae%d8%b1%d8%a7%d8%b3%d8%a7%d9%86-%d8%b1%d8%b6%d9%88%db%8c/" target="_blank" title="معرفی کلی استان خراسان رضوی">کشف&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌رود</a> بخشی از حوزه‌‌‌‌‌‌آبخیز دشت بزرگ قره‌قوم در شمال شرقی استان خراسان‌‌رضوی با وسعت 8996 کیلومترمربع و زهکش اصلی دشت مشهد بشمار می‌‌آید. برای تعیین پتانسیل سیل‌خیزی در محدوده حوزه کشف رود از روش SCS اصلاح شده، درمحیط GIS و براساس مدل رقومی ارتفاع، پهنهبندی توزیع بارش، محاسبه تلفات بارش، نقشه کاربری اراضی و بر مبنای طبقهبندی حوزه‌های آبخیز تماب درجه4 استفاده شده است. دادههای هواشناسی، ازجمله آمار بارندگی و رگبارها (28 ایستگاه) مربوط به دوره آماری از سازمان‌های ذیربط دریافت و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پس از واسنجی داده‌ها بر اساس پایه زمانی مشترک25 سال (سال آبی 68- 1367 تا  92- 1391) و حذف داده‌های مشکوک، تطویل دوره آماری و در مواردی به بازسازی داده‌ها اقدام گردید. لایه‌های اطلاعاتی مثل نقشههای موقعیت ایستگاه‌های هواشناسی، توپوگرافی، کاربری اراضی، خاک، پوشش گیاهی، تقسیمات سیاسی استان و تقسیمات حوزه های‌آبخیز تماب مورد استفاده قرارگرفته است. با دریافت DEM از نقشه های توپوگرافی در مقیاس 1:25000 و انجام اصلاحات لازم، مرز حوزه و خصوصیات فیزیوگرافی مثل مساحت، محیط، ارتفاع، شیب، زمان تمرکز و ... محاسبه گردید. برآورد CN با استفاده از کاربری اراضی و گروه‌های هیدرولوژی خاک انجام شد. توزیع مکانی CN  برای شرایط رطوبتی مرطوب و با لحاظ نمودن درصد شیب مشخص و پس از برآورد مقدارCN  امکان محاسبه مقدار ذخیره سطحی و میزان تلفات اولیه بارش فراهم میگردد . تحلیل رگبارها با استفاده از نرمافزار SMADA و بر اساس تابع توزیع استاندارد ( پیرسون تیپ 3) مقدار بارش و رگبار در دوره برگشت‌های 2 تا100 ساله مشخص گردید. پس از محاسبه متوسط وزنی ارتفاع رواناب در هر زیر‌حوزه (86 زیرحوزه)، به‌منظور تعیین پهنههای سیل‌خیز حوزه دبی حداکثر سیل (<img alt="" border="0" height="21" src="file:///C:/Users/esmaiili/AppData/Local/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image002.gif" width="47" >) ناشی از بارش موثر برآورد و نقشه پتانسیل سیل‌خیزی حوزه ترسیم گردید. از مجموع مساحت حوزه، &zwj;25/68 درصد آن دارای پتانسیل سیل‌خیزی &zwj;&zwj; نرمال، 5/25 درصد بحرانی، 25/6  درصد دارای پتانسیل سیل‌خیزی فوق بحرانی است. شهرستان‌های چناران و مشهد، پتانسیل سیل‌خیز&zwj;&zwj; بالاتری نسبت به سایر شهرستان‌ها دارند. از مجموع حدود 658 روستا، آبادی و مرکز جمعیتی مورد شناسایی درحوزه، 78 درصد روستاها دلیل قرارگیری در مناطق دشتی وکم شیب در پهنه‌هایی با پتانسیل سیل‌خیزی نرمال، 17درصد روستاها در پهنه‌های با پتانسیل سیل‌خیزی بحرانی و 5 درصد روستاهای حوزه بدلیل قرارگرفتن در مناطق مرتفع و شیبدار در پهنه‌های با پتانسیل سیل‌خیزی فوق بحرانی قرار دارند Kashafrud Watershed Area is the part of the Great Plains Gharehghom in the northeastern province of Khorasan Razavi with area of 8996 square kilometers and considered the main drain Mashhad plain. to determine flooding potential of Kashafrud watershed used of modified SCS Method, the GIS system according to classification of map watershed and Tamab grade 4 in the digital elevation model, mapping the distribution of precipitation, precipitation losses and land use. Meteorological data, including precipitation statistics and rainstorms (28 stations) related to the period received of the relevant organizations and reviewed. After calibration data based on a common time base for 25 years (1989-1988 to2013-2012) and remove of suspicious data, in some cases rebuild the lengthening period. Layers of information is used such as maps: weather stations location, topography, land use, soil, vegetation, Political divisions of province and divisions watershed of Tamab. receiving DEM and making any necessary modifications basin boundary and physiographic characteristics calculated such as area, perimeter, height, slope, time of concentration. value of CN calculated by using the land use map and soil hydrology groups performed. Analysis Storm determined by using the software SMADA and standard distribution function (Pearson type 3) and value of of rainfall and storm return periods of 2 to 100 years. After calculation of weighted average height of the runoff in each subwatershed (sub 86), to determine the flood zones watershed, estimates maximum flooding (Qmax) caused by rainfall effective and drawn flooding potential map of watershed. Of the total area of watershed is, 68.25% of the normal flooding potential, 25.5% of of critical and is 6.25%.supercritical flooding potential. Cities Chenaran and Mashhad are flooding potential than other cities.
