چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: تخمین صحیح دبی جریان سیلاب در رودخانه‎ها موضوع مهمی بوده و نقش قابل‎توجهی در استفاده بهینه از منابع آب، بهره‎برداری از مخازن سدها و نیز طراحی و برنامه‌ریزی پروژه‌های آبی ایفا می‌کند.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این تحقیق برای تخمین دبی سیلاب، از روشی ساده و مفهومی براساس معادله مانینگ تحت شرایط واقعی جریان استفاده شده است. در این روش، ابتدا برای تاثیر توام شیب انرژی و ضریب زبری مانینگ، پارامتر آلفا (α) تعریف شده و برای 12 ایستگاه هیدرومتری واقع در سه رودخانه اصلی استان گلستان (شامل گرگانرود، اترک و قره­سو) محاسبه شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مقدار این پارامتر با افزایش عمق جریان کاهش یافته و در نهایت به‎صورت مجانب تقریباً به یک مقدار ثابت می‎رسد. این رفتار نشان می‌دهد که به ازاء عمق‌­های زیاد جریان در رودخانه که بیانگر وقوع سیلاب می‌­باشد، مقدار α ثابت شده و با استفاده از این عدد ثابت و نیز معادله مانینگ، می­توان دبی سیلاب رودخانه را برآورد نمود. در گام بعدی، سعی شد بین این پارامتر و عمق جریان، یک رابطه رگرسیونی ارائه شود. نتایج مدل­سازی رگرسیونی نشان داد که برای اغلب ایستگاه­‌های هیدرومتری، ضریب تعیین (R2) روابط ارائه شده کوچکتر از 0/3 بوده و دارای کارایی لازم نیست. به‎همین دلیل برای بیان این ارتباط با کارایی و دقت بیشتر، از مدل‌های یادگیری ماشین استفاده شد. به این منظور پارامتر α به‎کمک مدل­های شبکه عصبی (ANN)، درخت تصمیم (M5tree) و ماشین بردار رگرسیونی (SVR) مدل‎سازی شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مدل­سازی نشان داد که مدل درخت تصمیم با میانگین خطای مطلق 0/35، ضریب تعیین 0/88 و خطای میانگین جذر مربعات 0/86 در مرحله آزمون بهترین دقت را دارا می‌­باشد. بعد از تعیین پارامتر α، مقدار دبی سیلاب پیش­بینی گردید.
بهترین عملکرد در بین مدل
‎ها را درخت تصمیم در پیش‎بینی دبی جریان در رودخانه‎ها دارا بود،
که پس از مقایسه با مقادیر مشاهداتی، مدل درخت تصمیم با میانگین خطای مطلق 1/32، ضریب تعیین 0/89 و خطای میانگین جذر مربعات 3/63 در مرحله آزمون بهترین دقت را دارا می
‎باشد.
